When a new mother’s milk comes in she often gets very full and uncomfortable breasts. Here is a simple technique to try rather than getting the pump out. A baby’s mouth is ALWAYS more effective at draining a breast.

Breastfeeding usually has parents worried about various things. Often I hear parents say ‘baby fed but then proceeded to vomit the entire feed’. Sometimes what looks like a lot is not really that much, but just the last bit at the end. This video helps to demonstrate that. If you’re worried about baby vomiting increasing in intensity or seeming uncomfortable while vomiting, do see your GP.
