Service Description

This is a course for birth workers, provided by Erin and Victoria from Younique Postnatal. This enables postnatal doulas to support clients in a way that allows them to feed their baby the way they want to for as long as they want to. This is an in depth course which equips those working with parents and babies to support breastfeeding (as well as a short session on making up formula feeds safely). How manage expressing and combi-feeding in a mindful way. A focus on intuitive questioning, the SLOWER breastfeeding method, emotional, physical, psycho- social, holistic and practical support of breastfeeding. A deep dive into practical skills and a deep understanding of how to show parents these skills.
